Daniel Hagemeier
Daniel Hagemeier is CEO of group.one. As a student, he founded his first software company at the age of 16. Later, with another start-up, he became one of the first IaaS providers in Germany. In 2010, the Host Europe Group (GoDaddy) took over this company. After the acquisition, Daniel became a member of the group management at Host Europe Group and served there for four years. Daniel also co-founded the AI solution 4tree, which was acquired by the global consulting firm McKinsey&Company, where he was an Associated Partner and the Chief IT Architect for McKinsey’s Periscope solution. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Technology and Innovation Management) from RWTH Aachen University, a postgradudate diploma from University of Oxford and a diploma from Münster University of Applied Sciences. He has been a lecturer for Master students at Münster Business School for more than a decade.

Mette Kamsvåg
Mette Kamsvåg is Chair of the Board of group.one. She is a non-executive director and seasoned advisor to publicly traded companies and technology innovators. Mette has over 20 years’ experience in the IT and payment sectors, having held various leadership positions including CEO of Nets, one of Europe’s biggest players in digital payments. Mette holds a Master’s degree in Management and Administration from the Norwegian School of Management. She loves exploring the Norwegian mountains and is the Chair of the Norwegian Trekking Association.

Sara Fors
Chief Financial Officer
Sara, Group CFO at group.one. Sara has more than 25 years of experience within Finance from various businesses including logistics, staffing, retail and industrials. Most recently Sara spent 8 years as Group CFO with the Nordic logistic provider Logent Group. Sara holds a degree in business administration from the University of Umeå and also studied at Universidad de Zaragoza and Universidad de Alcalá de Henars in Spain.
Yonca Kumsar
Chief Transformation Officer
Yonca Kumsar is Chief Transformation Officer at group.one, working closely with our CEO, Commercial Leads and the Board to implement our Digital Staircase Strategy and execute on key strategic projects. With over a decade of global experience, she is an expert in transformation, international expansion and digital business.
Before joining group.one, Yonca was Head of Expansion and Chief of Staff at Trendyol Group (Alibaba) and gained vital experience at McKinsey & Company in New York, specializing in business transformation and digital growth.
Yonca holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Patrick Pulvermüller
Chief Commercial Officer
Patrick is Chief Commercial Officer at group.one, bringing over two decades of experience in leading technology and hosting companies. His track record includes serving as CEO of Acronis AG, President of Partners Business at GoDaddy, and Group CEO of HEG. Notably, under his leadership, HEG was acquired by GoDaddy for $1.8 billion.
At Acronis, Patrick successfully drove hyper-growth by transitioning the company to a subscription-based model and securing significant financing rounds. In addition to his executive roles, he has been instrumental in over 30 M&A transactions and actively contributes his extensive expertise in strategic growth and corporate management through his service on multiple boards.
Stijn Polfliet
Chief Product Officer
Stijn Polfliet is Chief Product Officer at group.one, bringing extensive expertise in SaaS and Product-Led Growth. As co-founder of CoScale, a SaaS company specialising in web application performance monitoring, he successfully built and scaled the business, leading to its successful acquisition by New Relic. At New Relic, Stijn spearheaded the Product-Lead Growth strategy, further solidifying his reputation as a leader in scalable, customer-centric solutions. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Ghent University.
Daniel Dixon
Chief Information Officer
Daniel Dixon is Chief Information Officer of group.one. Daniel has been in the IT industry for 16 years and has a wealth of experience. He started out in product management and has continued his career in project management for various business areas, such as transition, transformation and IT outsourcing.
Daniel holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Applied Sciences BFI Vienna with a focus on digital transformation. He has also completed a Master of Economics with a focus on Media Management at the St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences.
Søren Kristensen
Chief Technology Officer
Søren Visti Kristensen is CTO of group.one. As a product development executive he is holding an accredited MBA and MScEE with 20+ years of management experience and came onboard at one.com in 2017. Søren represents an international background from working in global high tech industries both covering executive leadership responsibilities with strong focus on design and delivery of products and digital services. He has previously served with and for Fortune100 companies developing wireless and mobile technologies, solutions for enterprise ecosystems and have had direct responsibility for engineering & architecture teams, solution sales & business development towards high tech players in ISP, telco, mobile and chipset industries on three continents. Søren has additionally led and managed geographical dispersed and cultural diversified teams in global organisations as well as in entrepreneurial startups.
Claes Willquist
Senior Vice President M&A
Claes Willquist is Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at group.one. He began his career as an Equity Research Analyst before moving into mergers and acquisitions as Vice President in Deutsche Bank’s Financial Institutions Group. Prior to joining group.one, Claes served as Head of M&A at Iver, a leading Nordic provider of cloud-based IT services. He holds a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from Lund University in Sweden.
Christian Cleven
Senior Vice President PMI
Christian Cleven is Senior Vice President, Post Merger Integration at group.one. His team collaborates closely with all areas of the group to execute integration plans and ensure a smooth transition of acquired companies into the target structure. An expert in integration, change, and project management, Christian gained prior experience as a senior manager with firms such as Inverto (BCG), Horváth & Partners, and Puma. He is familiar with both international corporations and medium-sized companies. Christian studied at the University of Cologne and San Diego State University (Corporate Governance & Business Strategy) and holds a master’s degree in business administration.
